It's simple...ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
It's a recurring theme throughout this site, but it bears repeating. Because dang it...as many times as we say it and write it down, a few folks still think that their failure to closely examine their selection makes them exempt from our return policy. So, please understand before you purchase an item, we do not accept returns or allow exchanges. All sales are final.
We want you to take all the time you need to ensure that you are happy with your selection. If an item needs to be cleared off, turned over or pulled out to allow you a proper assessment of the piece, ask for our help. We're happy to lend a hand.
Here are some suggestions to help you conduct a thorough examination of your selection. And no. . .we aren't suggesting you lie on a lamp or sit on a framed print. And we know you can't "turn on" a chest of drawers. But we think you get our general drift...if it applies to your particular selection, we suggest you do it.
